I Dolci del Natale - Panettone

E anche quest’anno con l’avvicinarsi del Natale riprende la classica “battaglia”: meglio il Panettone o il Pandoro?

Personalmente preferisco il Panettone, anche se nessuno dei due dolci mi fa impazzire. In questo pezzo però non voglio parlare di quale sia il migliore, ma fare una breve panoramica sul panettone a cui seguiranno poi un post sul pandoro e uno sull’ immancabile mascarpone. :)

Italian Christmas Desserts - Panettone

Christmas is approaching and in Italy we have two main typical desserts: panettone and Pandoro. There is always a fight among those who prefer Panettone and say it’s the best and those who instead consider Pandoro the best. The two desserts aren’t so different and although I’m not a huge fan of any of them, if I had to choose...I’d go for Panettone.

Anyway, this post won’t be about my personal tastes but it wants to briefly explain you what Panettone is. Other posts talking about Pandoro and the unmissable Mascarpone cream will follow. :)

Dulces de Navidad en Italia - Panettone

Las Navidades se acercan y en Italia tenemos 2 dulces principales: Panettone y Pandoro. Siempre hay una batalla entre los que creen que Panettone es el mejor y los que en cambio consideran Pandoro el mas rico. Los dos dulces no son tan distintos y a mì personalmente no me vuelven loca, pero si tendria que elegir...diria Panettone.

De todas formas este articulo no es para hablar de mis gustos personales sino quiero explicaros un poco que es Panettone. También seguiran otros articulos sobre Pandoro y Mascarpone, la crema que nunca puede faltar en las Navidades. :)

Italienisch Weihnachten Kuchen - Panettone

Weihnachten rückt immer näher und in Italien haben wir 2 typischen Kuchen: Panettone und Pandoro. Es gibt immer ein “Krieg” zwischen wer liebt Panttone und wer denkt dass Pandoro der beste Kuchen ist. Die 2 Kuchen sind nicht so verschiedene und ich liebe sie nicht so viel aber wenn ich wählen musste, sagte ich dass Panettone besser ist. Aber in diesem Post wird ich nicht über meine persönlicher Geschmäcke schreiben, sondern über was Panettone ist und danach, in anderen Posts, was Pandoro und Mascarpone Creme sind. :)
