Soft cake with plums

Today we have a fruit based cake, especially plum based: they are so sweet and juicy that the cake will be delicious! ;)
If you don't like plums you can use any other fruit...the result will be fantastic anyway! :)
 



-Preparation time: 1 ½ hour ( 45 minutes of preparation + 45 minutes of baking)

 -Ingredients: (for 6 people / 26 cm cake tin)

90 gr of flour
100 gr of sugar
200 ml of milk
3 eggs
1 vanillin packet
1 pinch of salt
Cinnamon in powder
500 gr of plums
Icing sugar


-Preparation:

In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar, until you get a fluffy cream, with a doubled volume in comparison to the beginning one.



Add the sieved flour, a pinch of salt, the vanillin and mix everything.
  



While still mixing, add the milk a bit at a time.



Then, wash, stone and cut the plums in pieces.


Mix them with a bit of cinnamon.
Grease a cake tin with butter and flour it. Then put the plums in it.



Finally pour the cream on it.



Bake in the oven, 180°C, for 40-45 minutes, until the top of the cake will appear soft and browned.


When it’s ready, lei it cool and then dredge it with icing sugar, before serving it.
