Tagliatelle with 4 tomatoes

For a really "tomato - tasting" pasta, very yummy and quick to prepare I suggest this tagliatelle with 4 different tipes of tomatoes: cherry, sun-dried, peeled and puréed...to lick one's lips! :)
 


-Preparation time: 25 minutes


-Ingredients: (for 3 people)

250 gr tagliatelle pasta
½ onion
100 gr bacon
5-6 sun-dried tomatoes
10 cherry tomatoes
3 peeled tomatoes
Puréed tomatoes
Paprika
Extra virgin olive oil
Kitchen salt
Table salt
Pepper


-Preparation:

Heat some water in a pot with some kitchen salt and when the water starts boiling, put the tagliatelle in it. Mix them every now and then.
In the meanwhile, put the bacon in pan.


After 3-4 minutes add the onion previously cut in pieces. (Every time you add an ingredient cover the pan with a lid, so that everything will cook better).


After 2-3 minutes cut the sun-dried tomatoes in pieces and put them in the pan.



Cut in pieces the cherry tomatoes and add them to the other ingredients.



Cut the peeled tomatoes in pieces and put them in the pan together with the puréed tomatoes.




Salt, pepper and season with a little bit of paprika.


When the pasta is ready, drain it and pour it in a large bowl together with the sauce.
Mix and serve.
