Baby spinach salad with raisins and almonds

Now that spring is coming we all want something light and fresh to eat...so what about a yummy and unsual salad? ;) 


- Preparation time: 10 minutes





- Ingredients (for 2 people):
150 gr baby spinaches
6 almonds
2 teaspoons of raisins
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper

- Preparation:
Put the baby spinaches in a bowl.



Cut the almonds "in slices" and add them to the spinaches together with the raisins.



Season with oil, salt and pepper.



Serve with five-cereals bread.
