Crumble with ricotta cheese and chocolate


A delicious cake, always appreciated and surely successful: crumble with ricotta cheese and chocolate! :)



-Preparation time: 1 hour (1/2 h preparation + 1/2 h baking)

-Ingredients (for a 24-26 cm cake tin):

For the dough:

300 gr flour
100 gr sugar
100 gr butter
1 egg
A pinch of salt
A packet of yeast (baking powder)

For the filling:

500 gr Ricotta cheese
150 gr sugar
100 gr dark chocolate


-Preparation:

In a bowl mix the siefted flour, the sugar, the salt and the yeast.
Add the melted butter and start mixing everything with your hands.

Add the egg and mix, making big crumbs.

Pour ¾ of the crumbs in a baking tin, previously greased with butter and floured.
Then, in another bowl, mix the Ricotta cheese with the sugar.
Cut the chocolate in tiny pieces (or do it by usign the mixer) and add them to the cream.
Mix and pour it in the baking tin and finish by pouring the rest of the crumbs on top of the cream.

Bake 30 minutes, 180°C.
Lei it cool and then serve.
