Chicken à l'orange

As a second course, instead of the classic duck à l'orange I would like to suggest a more economic and faster version...
chicken à l'orange! It's very fast-to-cook and most importantly you don't need odd ingredients that should be bought in advance... I mean, who doesn't always have at home chicken breast and oranges? ;)
Although the duck has a stronger taste, the particular flavour of this dish, that is to say the orange semi-bitter flavour, remains, allowing you to change a bit the classic chicken taste! :)

-Cooking time: 20 minutes (10 of preparation + 10 of cooking)

-Ingredients: (for 4 people)
500 gr of chicken breast
½ glass of white wine
2 squeezed oranges
Orange peel
Flour
Extra virgin olive oil
Slat
Pepper

-Process:
Start by washing and peeling the 2 oranges.

Afterwards squeeze the oranges.

Put some oil in the pan and let it warm up. In the meanwhile flour the chicken breast’s slices.

When the oil is warm enough, put them in the pan.

Let them brown on one side first and then on the other.
Put salt, pepper and then add the white wine.

When it has thickened add the orange peel and the orange fresh juice.

Let everything cook for another fews minutes until you get a creamy sauce.

Serve with kiwi, courgette and carrot à l'orange salad

Buon appetito!
