Penne pasta with mackerel

Today I suggest cooking a very tasty and fast-to-make pasta!
You can prepare it very quickly because...


 the only thing that has to cook is basically the pasta, while the other ingredients are almost ready.
You'll see how the characteristic tastes of mackerel, sun-dried tomatoes and black olives will perfectly combine, creating a delicious plate!


-Cooking time: 20 minutes

-Ingredients: (for 3 people)
250 gr of Penne pasta
1 tin of meckerel in oil (100gr)
10 sun-dried tomatoes
7 black stoned olives
½ onion
Extra virgin olive oil
Kitchen salt

-Process:
Put some water with a bit of kitchen salt into a pot. When the water start boiling put the pasta on to cook.

In the meanwhile cut into pieces the olives, the sun-dried tomatoes and the onion.


Put a bit of oil into a pan and when it has been warmed up enough add the onion. Then add tomatoes and olives. Cut the mackerel in pieces and put it in the pan.


(It’s not necessary to salt because each ingredient has its own strong taste).
When the pasta is ready, strain it.
Serve the penne with the mackerel sauce.
