Extra chocolate cake

This chocolate cake is one of my favourite...in fact, although I don't really much like dark chocolate by itself these cake drives me crazy!
Unlike other chocolate cakes this one keeps inside...


 very soft and not at all dry...it seems as if you were eating a small chocolate! ^_^






-Cooking time: 50 minutes (25 of preparation + 25-30 of cooking)

-Ingredients:

200 gr of dark chocolate
200 gr of butter
200 gr of sugar
4 eggs
4 flour spoons
Water
Salt

-Process:

Break the chocolate bars into pieces and put them into a small pan with a bit of water and mix it on a medium flame.



When the chocolate isn’t completely melted add the butter and keep on mixing lowing the flame.




Add the sugar and mix.


Put out the fire and add the egg-yolks a bit at the time, mixing them.


Afterwards put a bit of salt into the egg whites and beat them until stiff.





Pour the chocolate cream from the pan into a bowl. 


Add the beated egg whites.


Mix everything from down to up, so that the egg whites will remain stiff.



Add 3-4 spoons full of flour and mix to amalgamate everything.




Then pour it into a cake tin previously greased with butter and floured. Let it cook in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.



Cover it with icing sugar.
