Funky cuttlefish

This recipe is one of my favourite fish recipes!
Breading the fish and cooking it in the oven makes it taste it like fried but instead...


it is really much more light and tasty!
You can also find bigger cuttlefishes, but I recomend buying the smaller ones because they aren't chewy like the big ones. :)






-Cooking time: 1h – 1h 10 min

-Ingredients: (for 3 people)
700 gr cuttlefishes
½ lemon juice
1 garlic clove
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Olive oil
Oregano
Paprika

-Process:
Put the cuttlefishes in a bowl and let them marinate with lemon juice, salt, oil and garlic in the fridge for 30 minutes ( the more they marinate, the more tasty they will become).


For the breadcrumbs coating blend dry bread (or toasted bread).




Mix it with oregano and paprika.


Afterwards crumb the cuttlesfishes and season them with a bit of oil.



Put them in the oven (on a paper of kitchen foil) for 20-25 minutes, 200° C and let them grill for five minutes more.
Serve with salad.
