Farfalle with multicolour sauce

Now a simple recipe to eat pasta with a fast and tasty veggie sauce! :) The pasta I've chosen is called "farfalle", that means 'butterflies' (if you buy Barilla pasta you will certainly find "farfalle"), but you can choose any kind of pasta. =)

-Cooking time: 15 minutes

-Ingredients (for 1 person)

80 gr of farfalle
½ onion
8 little tomatoes
½ yellow pepper
Parmesan chesee
Oil
Salt
Pepper

-Process

Warm up the water for the pasta and when it starts boiling put the pasta in it.
For the sauce cut the onion in segments, the tomatoes in half and the yellowe pepper in slim stripes.

In the meanwhile heat some oil in a pan (covered with the lid) for a few seconds.
Afterwards put the onion in the pan and leave it there for a few seconds (with the lid).

Afterwards add the tomatoes and put some salt. Put the lid and let it warm up for 3-4 minutes, adding a bit of the pasta’s water.

In the meanwhile prepare the Parmesan cheese, by cutting it into small slivers, like this:

Then add the yellow pepper and put some salt and pepper.

When the pasta is ready strain it, put it in a plate with the sauce (the yellow pepper has to
be a little crunchy) and add on top of it the slivers of cheese.
