Vegetables mixed salad

Spring is coming and the desire of light, fresh and colourful dishes increases...
So why don't we prepare a nice and helathy salad, full of vegetables to fill up with vitamines? :) It will refresh us and we'll sure feel better when choosing the right bikini for the beach! ;)

-Preparation time: 10 minutes


-Ingredients: (for 1 person)

30 gr of lettuce
20 gr of radicchio
6 cherry tomatoes
½ yellow pepper
¼ onion
1 carrot
Extra virgin olive oil
Aromatic vinegar
Salt



-Preparation:

Put the lettuce in a bowl (wash it before if it isn’t already ready to be eaten).


Wash and cut the radicchio in small stripes, cutting off the white and hardest part at the end of the leaf.



Wash and cut in slices the yellow pepper.



Wash and cut the onion in slices.



Wash and cut into 4 parts the tomatoes.



Peel, wash and cut the carrot in slices (or if you have the instrument “à la julienne”).



Season with salt, oil and vinegar.


Serve with bread.
