Tiramisù with forest fruit

Tiramisù is with no doubt one of the most known and appreciated Italian desserts all over the world. Although the most famous Tiramisù is the coffe one, there are a lot of versions of this tasty dessert.
In fact today I want to propose...

the tiramisù version with forest fruit...yummy!
I 've used raspberries and blueberries but you can also use blackberries. The more fruit you use, the more tasty the tiramisù will be.

-Preparation time: 2 hours (1h of preparation + 1 h in the fridge)

-Ingredients:

For the tiramisù:
200 gr of sponge fingers
200 ml of whipping cream
180 gr of “Mascarpone”
50 gr of icing sugar
300 gr of soft fruit
80 gr of sugar

For the syrup:
100 ml of water
50 gr of sugar
80 gr of soft fruit
1 spoon of lemon juice

-Process:
For the syrup:
Put into a small pan water, sugar, soft fruit and lemon juice.

Cook it mixing it until the sugar isn’t completely melted.

Then put out the fire and mix everything in order to obtain a thick liquid.

For the tiramisù:
Put into a pan  sugar and forest fruit.

Let it cook mizìxing it until the sugar isn’t completely melted.
Then put out the fire and let the fruit cool.

In the meanwhile, in a bowl mix mascarpone with icing sugar, till you get a cream.

Whip the cream and add it to the cream, mixing it from bottom to upwards.

The start composing the tiramisù:
1- put a bit of cream onto the baking tin

2- soak the sponge fingers in the syrup and put them in the baking tin

3- cover the biscuits in cream
