Fruit and yogurt cups


Today we'll prepare a light, fresh and healthy dessert, but still very tasty: yogurt with strawberries, peaches and biscuits! :)


-Preparation time: 25 minutes

-Ingredients (for 6 medium-sized glasses):

100 gr peeled almonds
30 gr sugar
200 gr strawberries
200 gr peaches
2 packets of sponge fingers
Milk
375 gr white yogurt


-Preparation:

Start by mixing the almonds till they break into really small pieces.
Put them in a pan with the sugar and let it cook until it has caramelized.

In the meantime wash and cut the strawberries into small pieces and put them in a large bowl.

Peel and cut into small pieces the peaches as well and put them in the bowl.

Add the yogurt and mix.
Soak 4 biscuits in some milk and put them vertically in the glasses, like in the picture. Break a biscuit in two and soak half of it in the milk and then put it at the bottom of the glass.

Pour some yogurt till half of the glass, then add some of the crushed almonds.



Pour some more yogurt till 1-2 cm from the edge of the glass. Then put some more almonds and decorate with an entire strawberry.


Put the glasses in the fridge till it’s time to eat them or serve them immediately.
