Whole wheat spaghetti with vegetables and tuna

For today's lunch a very healthy, tasty and super colourful pasta! :)


-Preparation time: 25 minutes

-Ingredients (for 1 person):

80 gr whole wheat spaghetti
¼ onion
¼ yellow pepper
6 cherry tomatoes
1 can of natural tuna (56 gr drained)
Pureéd tomatoes

grated Parmesan cheese
Kitchen salt
Table salt
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil


-Preparation:

Put some water with some kicthen salt in a pot. When the water starts boiling, throw the pasta.

In the meantime wash and cut the onion in slices. Put them in a pan with a little bit of oil.
Wash and cut the pepper in small pieces. As soon as the onion starts to brown, add the pepper, salt and pepper.
Wash and cut in 4 the tomatoes. Put them in the pan, salt and pepper. Drain and add the tuna as well.

Add some pureéd tomatoes and some grated cheese and mix everything together.



Before the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the pan.
Mix it so that it gets tastier.
Serve immediately.
